The Char-Broil Performance TRU-Infrared 4-Burner Cart includes our Chef’s Delite Tray, which can be used to grill delicate foods along with shrimp, veggies or other items which would normally fall through the grill grates.
10,000-BTU Lidded Side Burner
Lidded side burner is ideal for preparing sauces or sides while grilling. When not in use, the lid folds down to protect the burner and offers incremental work or prep space.

Four stainless steel top-ported burners are durable for longer-lasting performance, and offer a wide temperature range with precise control, even heat and no hot or cold spots.
Removable Grease Pan
Porcelain-coated grease pan can be easily removed from the back of the grill for mess-free cleaning. Also includes a cooking grate custom cleaning tool.
GAS GRILL: Powered by liquid propane gas, this grill runs on a 20-pound tank, not included. It reaches cooking temperatures quickly, delivers high temps and maintains even heat.
COOKING TECHNOLOGY: The Amplifire cooking system grills juicier food, eliminates guesswork and prevents flare-ups. Our emitter plate transfers heat from the flame directly to the grate, vaporizes drippings and sends the flavor back into your food.
COOKING AREA: Grill up to 29 burgers, 26 chicken breasts or 15 steaks on 550-square-inches of total cooking space. Cook meats and larger items on the 420-square-inch primary grates and use the 130-square-inch warming rack to cook with indirect heat and keep food warm.
SIDE BURNER: A 10,000 BTU side burner lets you keep your sides and sauces warm while you grill. You can also use it to boil water, sauté vegetables or brew a pot of coffee. When not in use, flip the lid down and use the surface as an additional workspace.
TRAY TOPPER: The stainless-steel Chef’s Delite tray shields more delicate foods from the heat and prevents small items from falling through the grates. Small holes on the bottom of the tray allow the chargrilled flavor to reach your food.
CLEANING TOOL: Use the custom cleaning tool with variable height bristles to reach down into the grooves to easily clean cool grates and emitters. Five times thicker than wire bristles, the bright red, nylon bristles are also more visible to prevent accidental ingestion.
SIDE SHELF: A large side shelf provides ample space to set plates, tools, sauces and rubs while you grill.
GEAR TRAX READY: Side shelf and side burner are compatible with Gear Trax accessories, sold separately. Our Gear Trax system gives you a more organized workspace with accessories like condiment baskets, cup holders and tool hooks. Customize your side shelf and side burner for maximum efficiency and convenience.
CART: The cart has an integrated rack that holds the propane tank in place when moving the grill.
